Registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 1976 (FCRA) through Ministry of Home Affairs / Grih Mantralaya, New Delhi, Government of India/Bharat Sarkar to receive Foreign Contributions / Donations. Vide Procedings No.II/21022/61(0012)/2007-FCRA-II.

Income Tax Exemption
All the Donations made to us are exempted from Income tax.

Registered under Income Tax Exemption Act u/s. 12 AA of the IT.Act, 1961 by the proceedings of the Director of the Income Tax Exemptions, A.P., Hyderabad vide F.No.DIT(E)/12A/HYD/47(05)/07-08.

Grant of an approval or for continuance thereof to an instution or a fund [referredto u/s.80G(2) & (5) of I.T.Act, 1961] by the proceedings of the Director of the Income Tax Exemptions, A.P., Hyderabad vide F.No. DIT(E)/HYD/80G/47(5)/07-08

The Director of Income Tax (Exemptions) has renewed & issued permanent Proceedings vide No.DIT(E)/80G/60(08)/10-11 Dated: 30/12/2010.

Dr.J.Prasangi, is Founder & General Secretary of the Society.

I have completed my Degree from Osmania University, M.A (Pub Admn), L.L.B., L.L.M. in Criminal Law from Kakatiya University, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA.

Labour Law & Personal Management from Institute of Labour Law & Management, Hyderbad and got Gold Medal & Prestigious Chairman's Award-Winner during the year 1982-83 through His-Excellency the Governor of Andhra Pradesh and also I did Ph.D. in law from Osmania University during the period 1995-99 and awarded Ph.D Degree through His-Excellency Dr.C.Ranga Rajan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2000.

I am also functioning as Legal Advisor for various social organisations through out country.
